1. Licensee agrees to pay BREAD BEATS the one time purchasing fee. No royalties will ever be owed. Original Rights belong to BREAD BEATS. Copy may be used and sold only with vocals and/or lyrics from the original buyer and/or artist. You may not redistribute the instrumental for sale.

2. In all Projects in which the BREAD BEATS Music is used, Licensee shall

give credit in substantially one of the following formats:

"Produced by [BREAD BEATS]"

"Beat by [BREAD BEATS]"

"Original Music by [BREAD BEATS]"

3. This License is granted for the length of the copyright term (the

author's life, plus an additional 70 years after the author's death).
